A Free event for Parents & Kids

Nurturing Resilient, Joyful & Successful Kids
A free event for parents & kids, hosted by Taarika Foundation in collaboration with Strikers Academy
Join us for a unique and enriching experience that explores the deep connection between physical and emotional well-being through activities like dance, nutrition, mindfulness, yoga, cricket, and arts & crafts — all designed to support your child’s whole success.
Attend a panel of experts from Stanford between 10:30-11:30am, in nutritional psychiatry, psychiatry, yoga, mindfulness, cricket coaching, and therapy, and hear the powerful story of a parent who has successfully integrated these practices to support their child’s well-being.
Complimentary boxed lunches and water will be provided for all participants and attendees — completely free of charge. This event is open to all, and we warmly invite you to come and enjoy. Please note: All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
We are also deeply committed to breaking the stigma surrounding emotional and mental well-being in the South Asian community. Our goal is to foster a space where everyone feels valued, supported, and heard.
Join us as we come together to celebrate our shared humanity and promote a culture of inclusivity, compassion, and acceptance. We truly value your presence and look forward to welcoming you at this special event.
